- "You guys inspired me to do some CoCo Stuff...Please find a possible news item for your next show." -- Matt Massie
- "The DragonDOS "data pump" routines could be re-coded so that they don't use
the CART interrupt. The routines could employ status polling rather than SYNC
with the interrupt. It's tricky because polling the FDC status register will
often prevent NMI from breaking out of the loop, but it's doable with some
clever code." -- Darren Atkinson
- "It's awfully tempting to say that many, if not most, advances to the state of the art in the community distort the hobby." -- James Jones
- "The state of the art of the community doesn't advance itself. It
requires active participation and effort to learn, experiment,
document, mentor, learn, and ultimately move things forward. But
passive waiting is not being the agent of change." -- Robert Murphey
- "I think my favorite part of the host discussion topic (Advancing the State of the Art) was the difference of opinion, and even the modification of opinion, during the discussion itself." -- L. Curtis Boyle
